The Maid’s Quarters offers all the amenities of a modern hotel with a blend of old world charm and much more! Each room is beautifully decorated and unique in design featuring private bath, WIFI, Roku TV, mini fridge, fully stocked Keurig, electric fireplaces, plush robes and homemade soap. All rooms and suites come with a cooked to order breakfast, snacks and beverages throughout the house and freshly baked scones in the dining room you won’t want to miss!
Located right in the historic district of town, the B&B is walking distance to the downtown area including local restaurants, antique, and other unique shops, as well as The Yuengling Brewery.

*Convenient parking for all of our guests located directly across the street in the gated parking lot. Parking passes available at the self check in station inside the building.

Whether you’re traveling alone or with company, one of our rooms is definitely tailored for your needs. All rooms are equipped with the necessary amenities, and the décor simply speaks for itself.
Each room also has energy efficient ductless mini split units so that guests can control the room temperature to their liking.

Full breakfast (cooked to order) is served each morning and features farm fresh eggs and strawberries from Open View Acres as well as locally roasted coffee beans from Pressed Coffee! We can also accommodate gluten free and vegan guests(inquire at time of booking)!

Policies
CANCELLATION: Our cancellation policy is firm. Guests who shorten their stay without notice or do not show up are liable for 100% of the charges for the cancelled nights unless we can re-book the room. Because we are a small B&B with only 4 rooms, guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved, whether used or unused. We understand that circumstances arise, sometimes out of a guests control(including weather) requiring the cancellation of a reservation, however, as a small business, cancellations have a significant impact on us and the services we are able to provide. Therefore, an attempt will be made to re-book any cancelled room, but no guarantees of booking can be given. If we are successful in re-booking the room, we will refund your cancellation fee.
POLICIES:
*We operate on a self check in so please make sure you are following these instructions under the check in section of your confirmation email (we also send a text message with these details the day of arrival)
* Please note that The Maid’s Quarters Bed, Breakfast & Tearoom is a non-smoking establishment. There is a $250.00 cleaning fee charged for smoking in the guest rooms.
*Children are welcome.
*Pets are ONLY allowed upon our approval and if we have allowed you to bring your pet, a nonrefundable pet cleaning fee of $50 WILL be charged.
*Damage to the property, including but not limited to guest rooms, fixtures, furnishings, artwork, décor or linens, will result in a charge of 100% of fair replacement value or necessary cleaning.
*Payment- Room payments may be automatically charged to the credit card on file the morning of arrival. If you wish to use a different form of payment, please discuss this with us beforehand so we do not charge the credit card on file.
*Credit card authorizations- Because we do not take any deposits, we perform credit card authorizations in order to validate a credit card linked to a reservation. For non-refundable bookings, the full amount of your reservation total is authorized at time of booking. For our standard cancellation bookings of 14 days, the full amount of your reservation total is authorized 14 days before arrival.
*Extra person- there may be a $20 extra person charge added to the room rate for more than 2 in a room.
*Parking is directly across the street in the gated parking lot- no tokens needed at this time so you may come and go as you need.
